Can you have my order done and delivered in 3 hours? (same day service)

We are open for business between the hours of 9-5. The staff here are all parents and we like to keep a very stable work life balance. With this being said we generally do most pick ups between the hours of 8 am and 1 pm with a 24/48 hr turnaround. Any orders after 1 pm may not be started until the next morning and delivered by 5pm the following day. We do have slow days here and there so on those days we try to deliver same day without extra charge.

But same day, fast turnaround, or after hours orders are generally charged a fee of $10. (Most companies charge an extra 30-40% of the order but we aren’t here to be greedy)

How do you do the billing?

We use Square for now to do all of our invoicing. You can pay with Debit card, ACH, or Cash App. We currently try not to take cash orders simply due to the employees don’t carry any cash for safety reasons.

I see your flyer at the laundromat in Weatherford, do you own it?

We do not. We are very lucky to have the relationship we do with the owners there and we are their trusted Wash and fold company. We try to use those facilities as much as possible simply for the fact they keep such clean machines but most of our work is done off site.

Do you wash oily clothes?

We will wash oil field clothes for $2.50 per lb and 24/48 hr service.

Can you pickup up from my hotel room?

If you are at a hotel please let us know that you will be leaving the laundry with the front desk person. AND please let the front desk person know that Fresh Fold will be picking up. We will ONLY pick up and deliver from the front desk for our employees safety.
